By all accounts, it appears that HR 1161 is off the table. Beer and Wine wholesalers are no longer pushing it. Who to thank for this victory? You. Consumers who spoke up! The Media that pulled the cover back. The wineries, brewers, distiller and retailers that actively opposed it. The bill won’t officially die until the end of this year. But we appear to have a victory.

Here, at the “That’s It Market” in San Francisco, he’s eating a Cubana Sandwich consisting of; chicken fried steak, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, chorizo, chicken, pickled peppers, sour cream, fried egg, milanesa, avocado, and a hot dog.
